  • Legacy dependencies with 5 different portals with no commonality in design or adhering to any design principles

  • Dated and clunky UX

  • Several use cases to take into account per portal segment i.e Land vs Air

Goals

  • Take the 5 legacy portals into 1 new modern portal

  • Allow clients to have more control and autonomy with self service

  • Increase usability and overall experience with a unified and cohesive approach

  • Be able to spin up a new portal if needed with ease and consistency with a reusable design system
