Organization is going through a digital transformation which brought on it’s own set of challenges. Testing and research was not part of the process and each team didn’t follow a particular process.

Challenges

  • Variety types of buyers with access to unique catalogs

  • Strict short timeline for launch

Goals of this site

  • Allow suppliers and brands such as Nike, Adidas, soccer leagues & clubs (Premier, FC Barcelona etc) to order embellishments, badges and crests for their products

  • Speed of checkout

  • Increase AVG Cart Dollar amount

  • Use the new Design System for look and feel and consistency across the org

Role

Lead UX Designer (+1 junior, +3 mid-level)

Challenges

  • Making sure vendors, developers and any external folks abide by the standards set

  • Pushing new updates back into the design system in a manner that wont interrupt previous designs

Goals of this project

  • Allow each team to build web based and native apps in a consistent and reusable approach

  • Rapid creation of screens for proof of concepts and testing with users

  • Show proper usage and interactions of each component



Brand Protection 2.0 Portfolio - Inspect Mobile App

Role

Lead UX Designer (+1 junior)

Challenges

  • Every brand has different set of requirements and needs

  • Location varies so much from a retail storefront to a warehouse or shipping container.

  • Timeline to MVP was very short

Goals of this App

  • Allow brands such as Nike, Adidas, Puma and others check that their product is authentic using variety of different data points.

  • Speed and accuracy of scanning and creating a report was a major KPI

  • Keep logs of everything for security

  • Use the new Design System for look and feel and consistency across the org
